These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the sukacuci platform. Please read them carefully before registering an account or placing any bet or wager.
Access to sukacuci is strictly limited to individuals aged 21 years and above. Registration by or on behalf of a minor is prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balance.
Each individual may hold only one active sukacuci account. Duplicate accounts are subject to immediate closure. All balances and pending withdrawals from duplicate accounts may be forfeited at sukacuci's discretion.
Members are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their sukacuci login credentials. Any activity conducted under a member's account is the member's sole responsibility, regardless of whether it was authorised by the account holder.
All deposits, bets, winnings, and withdrawals on sukacuci are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). sukacuci does not accept deposits in foreign currencies and will not be liable for currency conversion costs incurred by members using non-MYR payment instruments.
All bonuses and promotions offered by sukacuci are subject to individual promotion terms, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, and expiry periods. sukacuci reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
sukacuci reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any member account where there is evidence of fraudulent activity, abuse of promotions, use of automated betting systems, collusion, or breach of any provision within these Terms & Conditions.

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:
By registering an account on sukacuci, accessing the Platform, or placing any Wager, the Member confirms that they have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with sukacuci's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.
If a Member does not agree to any provision of these Terms & Conditions, they must immediately cease use of the Platform and close their account by contacting sukacuci support at [email protected].
Access to and use of the sukacuci Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which must be satisfied at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the Member's use of the Platform:
sukacuci reserves the right to request documentary evidence of identity and age at any time, including but not limited to a copy of a valid Malaysian NRIC, passport, or other government-issued identification. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable period of request may result in account suspension and withholding of any pending withdrawals pending resolution.
Members are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of their sukacuci login credentials, including their username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with their account. sukacuci strongly recommends that Members enable two-factor authentication (2FA) and use a unique, complex password that is not shared with any other online service.
sukacuci will never request a Member's password via email, live chat, telephone, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from sukacuci that requests login credentials should be treated as a phishing attempt and reported to [email protected] immediately.
All activity conducted through a Member's account, including Wagers placed, withdrawals requested, and personal details modified, is deemed to have been authorised by the account holder unless the Member has notified sukacuci of a suspected compromise promptly upon becoming aware of it. sukacuci will not be liable for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access where the Member has failed to take reasonable security precautions or has delayed in reporting suspected unauthorised access.
All financial transactions on the sukacuci Platform are conducted exclusively in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The following payment methods are currently accepted for deposits: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, and FPX bank transfers via Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and RHB Bank. sukacuci reserves the right to add or remove accepted payment methods at any time.
Deposits are credited to the Member's Wallet promptly upon confirmed receipt of cleared funds from the relevant payment provider. sukacuci is not responsible for delays caused by the Member's bank or eWallet operator.
Withdrawal requests are processed in the order received. sukacuci targets processing of withdrawal requests within ten (10) minutes of submission during normal operating conditions, subject to completion of any required verification. Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method previously used to deposit funds into the same sukacuci account, except where sukacuci expressly permits an alternative withdrawal method following a satisfactory review.
sukacuci reserves the right to impose minimum and maximum limits on individual deposits and withdrawals. Current limits are published in the Member's account settings and may be updated from time to time.
All transactions are processed under 256-bit SSL encryption. Members acknowledge that sukacuci may be required to report transactions to relevant financial intelligence authorities in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations.
All Wagers placed on the sukacuci Platform are final and irrevocable once confirmed by the system. Members are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all bet selections, stakes, and odds before confirming any Wager.
sukacuci's Sportsbook operates under published betting rules for each sport and competition covered. In the event of an obvious error in displayed odds — including but not limited to grossly incorrect odds arising from technical malfunction or data feed failure — sukacuci reserves the right to void affected Wagers and return stakes to the Member's Wallet, regardless of whether the Wager has already been settled.
Live casino games operated through sukacuci Casino use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology certified by independent testing laboratories, or are conducted by trained live dealers in certified studio environments. Game results are final and not subject to appeal except in cases of verifiable technical malfunction, which must be reported to support within 24 hours of the affected game session.
sukacuci reserves the right to void, suspend, or delay settlement of any Wager where there is reasonable suspicion of match manipulation, insider information abuse, or any other form of integrity violation, pending the outcome of an investigation by sukacuci or a relevant sporting authority.
sukacuci may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, deposit matches, cashback, and other promotional benefits to Members. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms and conditions, which are published at the time of the promotion and form part of these Terms & Conditions by reference.
Unless otherwise specified in applicable promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all Bonus Funds credited to a Member's sukacuci account:
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the sukacuci Platform. Breach of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and reporting to relevant authorities:
All content on the sukacuci Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, and data compilations — is the intellectual property of sukacuci or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.
No Member may reproduce, redistribute, transmit, publish, commercially exploit, or modify any content from the sukacuci Platform without the prior written consent of sukacuci.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, sukacuci shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from or in connection with a Member's use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunity resulting from system downtime, delayed bet acceptance, or technical malfunction.
sukacuci's total aggregate liability to any Member in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member into their sukacuci Wallet in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
sukacuci does not warrant that the Platform will be available continuously and without interruption. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability of some or all Platform features. sukacuci will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where practicable.

sukacuci collects, stores, and processes Member personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy and forms part of these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an account with sukacuci, the Member consents to the collection, storage, and processing of their personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
sukacuci implements technical and organisational security measures proportionate to the risk of the data processed, including 256-bit SSL encryption for all transaction data and access-controlled internal systems.
sukacuci reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material, sukacuci will provide reasonable notice to existing Members via email or through a notice displayed upon the Member's next sukacuci Login. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.
Members who do not agree with any amendment may close their account prior to the effective date of the amendment without penalty, subject to completion of any pending Wager settlements and withdrawal of any withdrawable balance.
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute between a Member and sukacuci arising from or related to the Member's use of the Platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through sukacuci's internal dispute resolution process by submitting a written complaint to [email protected].
sukacuci will acknowledge receipt of any formal complaint within five (5) business days and will endeavour to provide a final response within twenty-eight (28) business days. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process, the Member may escalate the matter to the relevant licensing or regulatory authority under whose jurisdiction sukacuci operates.
